Believe You Can

“Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” – Theodore Roosevelt

As I sat at the computer this evening and tried to create a visually appealing theme for this blog, I really struggled. I kept thinking, good grief I can’t do this, maybe I am just way over my head!

QuoteAnd then I thought – I CAN DO THIS! –  And I kept going!

Half the battles that we create are based on the negativity that runs through our heads! We are often our own self worst critics. But the truth is that there is good inside of all of us, it just needs to be let out. Don’t let the fear block you from the unknown.  Taking the first step can be quite challenging but it is just like riding a bike, you get on, you fall, and you try again! The important thing is to keep trying!

Behavior can be guided by the subconscious and the negative thinking can be changed! All you need to do is believe in yourself! You are important, you are a good person and you deserve good things in life! You can live sober!

I have compiled a huge list of  sober bloggers in the left side bar. These amazing people have been sharing their stories of sobriety as well as helping each other along the way. Their day-to-day struggles and triumphs are an awesome example of the change, the determination and the growth that sobriety brings! I hope you visit few sites and get inspired today!
