My “Recovery Rocks” Interview with Veronica Valli

I had a great pleasure to be a part of Veronica Valli’s ongoing interview series called Recovery Rocks, in which she interviews people who are clean and sober, and trudging this great recovery journey.

I was very enthusiastic to get this interview completed, but to my surprise, I found it a little challenging. You see, being in long-term recovery, it is harder to see the gifts that are all around me, because sobriety has become a normal part of my life. Therefore, it was wonderful to see things through different eyes, and it made me so very grateful for my life today – because recovery truly does rock!
